About us

BAKO runs its business activity on the grounds of license granted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Warsaw. The business is based on Polish capital only. Our priority is being loyal to our customers.

Present Activity and Development Prospects
We have been conducting our business in the area of the Lublin Voivodship since 1990. We have branches in Lublin, Tomaszow Lubelski and Zamosc. We thoroughly invest our profits in our employees' equipment and uniforms, means of transport and communication.
To develop our agents' reliability and effectiveness, we expand new methods of personal and property protection as well as cash escort based on our previous experience.

Functional Methods and Security Management
BAKO security guards at the protected premises as well as escort teams are in contact with the 24 hour headquarters. The security guards and the escort teams inform the headquarters about the safety level and in the event they do not report in a given time, the headquarters send an emergency response team immediately.

Staff selection
Employing staff to our company, we check first whether applicants have records in the Criminal Record of the National Criminal Records Office in Warsaw. We select people who easily acquire knowledge and offer the initial training.

Fees
We apply a flexible system of fees for the service we provide. Cost is a function of several variables that in this case are defined as terms and conditions laid down by our clients. Such a system enables BAKO Clients to negotiate terms and fees, which will best meet their requests and financial resources.
